Carlston Harris: Jarrah next in line for a title shot!
Carlston Harris is back in training after recovering from his injury. The champion of the welterweight division will be returning after eight months of recovery from a career threatening injury. He released his training footage to announce his return to the cage. During his absence, the welterweight division of Brave Combat Federation became one among the toughest divisions in the promotion. With multiple fighters joining the promotion, welterweight championship is the most sought after championship in Brave Combat Federation. Jarrah Al Selawe with the most number of wins in the entire Brave roaster had claimed to capture the championship during the year.

Jarrah Al Selawe was initially set to face Carlston Harris for the welterweight championship in Amman, Jordan during Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises. However Harris had to withdraw due to injury and Al Selawe faced David Bear. Bear was submitted by Al Selawe with four more seconds left for the final bell. Later Al Selawe went forth to defeat Tahar Hadbi in Brave 12 hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia. The returning champion, Harris had stated his plans to defend the championship. "I am expecting my first title defence as early as possible, I am waiting for Brave Combat Federation to give me a date, opponent and place regarding the opportunity to defend my championship title", said Harris.

"Jarrah Al Selawe is a well rounded fighter. But I can see weak points in his game plan. Meanwhile, Cavalheiro was supposed to fight me before I became a champion. I think with his two straight wins at Brave, he wants that chance to fight me, but Al Selawe is next in the line for a title shot", said the champion of the welterweight division.
